Learning and development activities does happen from time to time. Company policies provide equal opportunity (and sometimes more) to females unless a manager has a personal bias towards hiring females (which is possible in any organisation). Company does provide both side cabs and it has put in place measures for safety of your health. In the end if you are applying for a job at this company don't expect higher monetary benefits.
