The company gives you a lot of opportunities to learn alot. Growth is a bit slow but job security has no problem. Culture is good as well.

Learning and development activities does happen from time to time. Company policies provide equal opportunity (and sometimes more) to females unless a manager has a personal bias towards hiring females (which is possible in any organisation). IHG is an International Hotels Group which has many managed/owned/franchised hotel all over the world. IHG Employees get discount on stay and meals in IHG Hotels and more benefits. Employees gets opportunity to travel onsite for business meetings as a result i get to travel abroad and work environment is so friendly here. I am very much satisfied with the job.
