Post covid the company is no more employees friendly. They have no focus on their employees. Officially company has 8 hours shift but employees are working for more than 13 hours per day. According to them there is no personal life. No appreciations at all.

It is a small property which means less work pressure.

Nothing new to learn. Management policies keep changing as per the CEO's requirements. Appraisal & increment of 6% after working for a year. Bad food quality for staff. Quality of uniform and shoes provided is really poor. Join this place only if it is the last option available.
