Helpfull and supportive colleagues ( Not talking about higher Management)

No Work-life Balance - company treats employees like liabilities, official working hours are from 9:30 to 6:00, but if you leave on time you will be questioned, unofficially opening offices on Saturdays which are officially holidays. Superiors usually drops mails on Friday evening for asking about some random data (Always Urgent) tobe provided on Saturdays ANYHOW. If you took any Earned leaves for personal reasons, you will be receiving calls and Mails from management for doing tasks that can be easily managed from office end, but if you were unable to respond on the same you will be questioned ( Why you didn't receive the call and why u didn't done this and that and revert on call - {ALL THIS WHEN YOU ARE ON EARNED LEAVE AND EARLIER INFORMED ABOUT UNAVAILABILITY} But if higher Management is on leave, and yo called them for support, the call got majorly unanswered, if received you will get reverted as- Will discuss when join office, I am on leave. IN A NUTSHELL THEY THOUGHT EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE ALWAYS PRESSURISED AND SHOULD NOT RELAX ON WEEKEND'S AND CONTINUE TO WORK ON HOLIDAYS AS WELL.
