Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Job security, No need to upgrade or learn new things. Can always play dumb and shift the work load to other team member. And if lucky you will have the most toxic boss whom you can pretend to bootlick and boost his ego he will do the needful on your behalf. Goa location has one if that helps.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, zero growth, biased promotion system. Holidays & weekend only exist in employee handbook. Way backward in system compared to other market player. Hr plays zero role after employment.
