A very supportive team and branch manager Raju sir also a good adviser about work and he'll give support in all aspects I really feel very glad to give this review as an itgi ex employee especially about tirupati branch

It's my own experience, as a DEO there is no life and career build in IFFCO, they shouldn't increase my salary also. If I ask for hiking they told if do work here or leave your job that's it. Really its terrible

Being in itgi I just saw job security amongst the employees like a govt employee.

Dislikes

No promotion on the basis of skills and knowledge. Nobody cares about the negative culture amongst the employees. No arrangements of any other extra activities. Buttering culture is all over the company, do more buttering get more promotions.
