Over all experience is good for 14 year journey, good for employees. In-house learning Centre for carrier growth, good company for making carrier path. Good benefits.

Experienced dirty politics through Mr. Durga Sharan - Branch manager MP, Mr. Nikhil Sharma - Branch Accountant MP, Mr. Sambit Panda - zonal head for West India, Mr. Sukunag - National Sales Head India. These people are not trustable, they can spoil anyone's carrier also for small personal things. Can't trust. Not helpfull as senior manager.

Extremely Toxic Culture.65 + Years olds are also still Involved in day to day operations.Their review are very famous and one will lose all abilities ! Most of the Seniors are doing buttering up and resultant culture is very toxic.Just talk to Senior/Middle level employees who have literally run away. Recently the CEO too have resigned!
