I have left the company and my sources (genuine friends) have written documents of following measures taken by the company in Covid-19 pandemic. 1. 20%-30% deduction of on role employees at Executive level. 2. 40%-50% deduction of off-role employees who only earn below 18k rs, specially Call center employees. 3. No safety measures like gloves, masks, sanitiser provided by company to its employees and rather forcing people in containment zones to attend ofc regularly after 3rd May onwards. 4.
