Not much motivation to work,Learning isnt a thing over there, Managers are employed from last 20 years doesnt even know how to use excel. work life balance is also not good.

Company policies are good and on time salaries

Dislikes

Management of South India branches is horrible. They hire domestic sales people and only focus on meeting numbers any way they want. Manager will not support in terms of meeting targets and performance. He will only work to show his higher management.

Not one but there are many disadvantages here 1) Hike will be decided based on business needs to the current technology what they require. Immediate layoffs and less appraisal amounts and month of appraisal cycle is very different from all companies at that month all companies won't even hire and notice period is 3 months that is worse
