Management of South India branches is horrible. They hire domestic sales people and only focus on meeting numbers any way they want. Manager will not support in terms of meeting targets and performance. He will only work to show his higher management.

Not one but there are many disadvantages here 1) Hike will be decided based on business needs to the current technology what they require. Your hard work doesnt matter to them 2) Forcing to come to office - they do not offer Cab but want you to come to work even it rains or shines 3) Every team in IDP has their own internal politics- Good luck in escaping from that 4) No recognition for your hard work or effort - Screw the hike but you wont even get appreciated for your effort im wider forum...Read More

Immediate layoffs and less appraisal amounts and month of appraisal cycle is very different from all companies at that month all companies won't even hire and notice period is 3 months that is worse

No Proper training or support given to me, Not allowing me to express my own thoughts or idea. They give importance to the old team members and supporting blindly even if they make mistake. If experienced person making mistake no questions asked or anything, If i make any mistake or for any not accurate update he will ask in front of team members in open floor, Felt very low and feeling shame and they are not valuing me and shouting in front of team members, No Self Dignity, No Value and No Self Respect.
