Employee benefit is ok.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. They expect you to login 20 hours a day. Neither female employees are given consideration. Only login time is fixed but there is no logout time as promised at the time of interview. No proper on job training is given. They expect you to look at historic data and understand yourself. No manager support.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
