It’s a hell lot of work which they got you do under the name of a counsellor. Managers are very unprofessional they just give orders no understanding on humanitarian grounds. Unless you’re heart id pumping you have to go to work they give a so many leaves but don’t let you take em.

I am extremely glad to work with IDP . I think it makes me feel lively and energetic. Also, it boosts my confidence. Some teammates are supportive . My TDS (Vivek sir )(head of bathinda ) is very cooperative with all our teammates. I think he is the best sir which I ever seen in my life who do his job very calmly and politely.

Salary and career growth is extremely slow .

Things I like about IDP are great work life balance. Usually most of the people give and take more time for smaller tasks . Extremely peaceful in most of the teams.

From a software development perspective, staying here feels stagnant. There’s minimal opportunity for learning, as the company primarily reuses the same codebase with little innovation. This limits exposure to new technologies and challenges. Additionally, project timelines are often unnecessarily extended due to inefficient decision-making by higher management, including solution architects. Tasks that could be completed in weeks tend to drag on for months. Another concern is the noticeable gender-based differentiation. While Women's Day celebrations include thoughtful gifts like facial kits and glass bottles, Men's Day is often overlooked or acknowledged with something as minimal as a small piece of cake. This isn’t about the monetary value but rather the disparity in recognition, which feels disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for continuous learning, efficient leadership, and an inclusive work culture, this may not be the ideal place.

The workplace is heavily influenced by favoritism and office politics, which results in slow professional growth and also creates unhealthy environment. Employees are often burdened with excessive tasks that aren't aligned with their KPIs. Rightful actions and concerns are frequently questioned, while individuals who engage in questionable practices seem to be favored and protected by management. If vocal it's manageable, otherwise not.

Dislikes

Management of South India branches is horrible. They hire domestic sales people and only focus on meeting numbers any way they want. Manager will not support in terms of meeting targets and performance. He will only work to show his higher management.
