While IDP was highly impactful and fast paced environment, sometimes presented challenges in balancing priorities. However, it had pushed me to grow and adapt continuously

Company is really good to work with,all the counselors are always there to help each other.

Disliked the work culture that differs from branch to branch,in the branch where I was working manager was very reluctant in favour to help others,other than his favourites, also if anybody leaves the branch he end up defaming those people so Idp should choose the branch managers wisely who have the knowledge of work culture ,study abroad related knowledge is must and should have emphatic approach with every employee...Read More

Poor management. There are no resources or frame work given to achieve Targets. And when you think out of the box you are not allowed to proceed. Ideas are not welcomed

Nothing. It is a torture.

Dislikes

Managers support their favourites. So much pressure to complete the targets. Too much mental torture. Fake statements at the time of interview that it is 5 working days. No week offs given on saturdays.
