Lot of politics intiated from top and boils down to bottom that affects the last mile and middle level employees and hard work gets unrecognised affecting the appraisal. The performance link incentives are never paid. HR is most insensitive and insecure department in whole company as it favours malpractices under the influence of leaders sitting above who is responsible for whole politics
