IDP junior staff members are good and supportive in coordination for work. They have a good behavior and a better vision for the ideas and strategies that required for the growth and development.

Dislikes

However, Upper management is very partial and don't take necessary actions when requires, Also, sometimes the toxic environment created within the team where you feel demotivated and neglected that can influence your mental health severely. There is no worklife balance as well sometimes you are forced to complete your work for the CLs and PLs as well.

Living beings are categorised into humans and animals. The branch manager Kanika Notani, falls into the animal category. She's a snake who spews venom that will engulf the entire branch. She's a shameless living being who is blinded by the powers. Her direct superiors are also blinded as they are unable to see unethical practices going on in that branch. STAY AWAY FROM VADODARA BRANCH! The branch manager, Kanika Notani, exhibits unprofessional, indecent and inappropriate behaviour, paired with a highly uncultured attitude. She fosters a toxic work environment and appears to deliberately hinder the career growth of employees within the branch. Her negative reputation is well known among employees working in other branches in Gujarat. The overall culture is very worst the managers are pain in the head, they want to know everything in your personal life and gossip around the office. Not at all supportive.Idp maybe rated as a good company in Google but it’s not . Extreme mental tiredness n humiliation n manipulative nature. Have to work more than your JD .
