Instead of Job security, you have a job risk, work culture is disastrous, No care towards employees who are enthusiastic, hardworking people, need to please your bosses all the time, company policies always has deviations. Totally you need to just work here for sometime to get your salary hike and switch for better opportunity

Unbalanced for last 2.5 years and from last 6 months some initiatives taken to close early but in vain, here departments are mixed and liability team is liable for everything even loans, death claims of loan customers highly dissatisfied.
