Their is nothing good about this company.

IDC company cheat with their employees. In 2017 they hire 28 employees and after 5 months they left them without paying their salary and reimbursement dues. Also, they play with their employees emotions and their career. Moreover, they gave no security to their employees related to their jobs.

It is good for those who have selected and they have only one year experience and for those who are getting 12-15 thousand salary.

If IDC/Acuity Knowledge Partners's seniours or Manager will want then they can provide two weekoff alternate to all engineers.If they will want.Its not a tough work to make roster as per my concern.

The company has the potential to grow but due to some old timer HR lady from Dubai seems to be a parasite to the company hitting onto all the talented people due to her insecurity of loosing the power to become the next CEO . God knows when the CEO will realise it.

CEO seems to be dumb believing in untalented, inexperienced and unethically political lady sitting in Dubai and slowly gulping the power and control by throwing out all knowledgeable people due to her constant ego clashes, ruthless behaviour , irrational behaviour, immaturity and insecurity issues . I like nothing about IDC. The employees of accounts department were completely worst and they didn’t k ew any office etiquettes and never behaved properly

Everything about IDC is to be disliked. The company is somhow running and doesn’t have much future! The top level managers are complete corrupt.
