Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to deliver projects successfully.

- Monitor and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction.

Required Skills :

- Strong project management and delivery experience.

- Excellent understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar.

Technical Skills :

- Strong grasp of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred.
