Mostly idama if you know any mangers they will give support to promotions otherwise no . mostly mangers they bring relationship people and friends good package also they don't have a knowledge.simply if you support some one you will get promotion otherwise time waste . If you do hard work noting use.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
