Idama is semi government based company. We like company rules and regulations. In site is depends to the manger we like to work good environment feel like a family.

Mostly idama if you know any mangers they will give support to promotions otherwise no . mostly mangers they bring relationship people and friends good package also they don't have a knowledge.simply if you support some one you will get promotion otherwise time waste .
