Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 24-48 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

My working experience has been decent here. Some pro's that I would like to mention are: 1. Even though being a small sized company having under 500 employees they have most of the policies that you would find in big MNCs only. 2. Good compensation and good hikes if you either get appraisal from client for good work or you are goodin buttering your manager. 3. Projects are good but management not so good. 4. They have shuttle service for transportation, and good food. (Dinner is free, if u stay that long) 5. In Covid times they provided additional sick leaves...Read More
