My working experience has been decent here. Some pro's that I would like to mention are: 1. Even though being a small sized company having under 500 employees they have most of the policies that you would find in big MNCs only. 2. Good compensation and good hikes if you either get appraisal from client for good work or you are goodin buttering your manager. 3. Projects are good but management not so good. 4. Managers will make your life hell, they will take all credit for your work.
