My working experience has been decent here. Some pro's that I would like to mention are: 1. Even though being a small sized company having under 500 employees they have most of the policies that you would find in big MNCs only. 2. Good compensation and good hikes if you either get appraisal from client for good work or you are goodin buttering your manager. 3. Projects are good but management not so good. 4. They have shuttle service for transportation, and good food. (Dinner is free, if u stay that long) 5. In Covid times they provided additional sick leaves...Read More

1. Job security is not good at all. Till the time you are tagged to a project or at client side you are safe. Once you are on bench they can fire you anytime. 2. Management is not so good. Managers will make your life hell, they will take all credit for your work. You will get no growth here because all the managers and tech leads are in this company from 5-10 years, so there will no opportunity for a new guy in this company. New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
