My working experience has been decent here. Some pro's that I would like to mention are: 1. Even though being a small sized company having under 500 employees they have most of the policies that you would find in big MNCs only. 2. Good compensation and good hikes if you either get appraisal from client for good work or you are goodin buttering your manager. 3. Projects are good but management not so good. 4. They have shuttle service for transportation, and good food. (Dinner is free, if u stay that long) 5. In Covid times they provided additional sick leaves...Read More

1. Job security is not good at all. Till the time you are tagged to a project or at client side you are safe. Once you are on bench they can fire you anytime. 2. Management is not so good. Managers will make your life hell, they will take all credit for your work. You will get no growth here because all the managers and tech leads are in this company from 5-10 years, so there will no opportunity for a new guy in this company.
