I wanted to seek your attention here, ive been here for almost 1.6 yr here but the managers were not supportive at all even they try to hrass you in your working hours.

- 60 notice period for the recruiters - no one will support you specially your manager - the Hr pooja mishra is the real culprit - not a good environment - the VP talks to their employe in very pathetic way -Food is unhygienic -salary standards are low -won’t get recognised - no learning opportunities - if you are a fresher and just want to waste your time in a international call center, please join and ruin your career...Read More

Company is process oriented and well managed by nice managers.

Dislikes

They Teg you as IT or Non IT recruiter which infact is a wrong practice. Working along with one or two clients or domains for a long period of time can give better understanding of that client /domain and psychology of that client or domain.
