I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. No or less Appraisal Recruiter do not get any VMS experience Promotion is also very tough to get Clients do not give feedback on candidates so movement is slow or if we get any we do not know why our candidate for rejected They need submissions daily else they make you work EST to PST They add many recruiters to work on same job that decrease chances of submissions

They force you to do 12 hours shift from 7 PM to 7 AM and if you refuse to do so they force you to quit the job. They point out every single time you go to washroom. They even say go and do work from washroom. In canteen, if you are taking 2 eggs in egg curry, they will point out and say only 1 is allowed.

I wanted to seek your attention here, ive been here for almost 1.6 yr here but the managers were not supportive at all even they try to hrass you in your working hours.
