Company:- Iconic Fashion Retailing Pvt. Ltd. is just a LALA/Bhookhey-Nangey/Cheater’s Company. Growth of the organisation:- Many People in the Company itself know that this Company has grew just because of 2-3 International Brands one of which are GANT (a brand for which the selling rights which captured by cheating on ARVIND Lifestyle) Work Life Balance:- So, the seniors working in the organisation doesn’t know the meaning of work life balance. As they want employees who work for more than their working hours. My Experience:- I’ve worked a lot for the organisation as well as for my Team, Manager & HOD (Manager & HOD can also be phrased as the most ungrateful, shoddy, despicable personI’ve ever worked with). These people are not the man of their words (the person who is not loyal to his tongue is not a son of Single Father), they always release people from the organisation without giving them FnF (even after promising them to give them the salary for the work they did for the organisation). HR :- Worst HR department, they are puppets of HODs. There are no HR compliance in the organisation. Also the COO :- Not the Man of his Words.
