As they want employees who work for more than their working hours. My Experience:- I’ve worked a lot for the organisation as well as for my Team, Manager & HOD (Manager & HOD can also be phrased as the most ungrateful, shoddy, despicable personI’ve ever worked with). These people are not the man of their words (the person who is not loyal to his tongue is not a son of Single Father), they always release people from the organisation without giving them FnF (even after promising them to give them the salary for the work they did for the organisation).
