We follows a collaborative system, where tasks are often completed as a team. We also offer occasional work-from-home flexibility to support work-life balance, while ensuring that all targets and responsibilities are met efficiently..

Dislikes

The daily target is non-negotiable; if we are unable to meet it due to illness, the missed target must be completed by the following day. Any pending tasks must also be completed along with the new day's target. Failing to meet these expectations in the sick time also may result in a lack of recognition, rewards, or opportunities for promotion

All my responses are based on my experiences with the company. I am employed with ICON and working on a FSP model to some other company. The experiences till date is satisfactory enough. For my profile, the best thing that I liked is the travel policy ICON has.

Dislikes

Again can't say much but I would say that a little proactive news towards the outsourced FSP employees will benefit in terms of IT systems. Rest I am fine with everything.

Every company / organization would have some or the other which people would dislike. It could be people you work with or anything like that. IT does apply to ICON as well, but it has not made any great impact in my career growth, as I have very good friends, leaders and managers here at ICON. So nothing makes me feel disliked about ICON.
