Good product knowledge. Sas software. Quality of work

Dislikes

Terrible bosses. Strict working hours. No leave. Zero support. Manager don't have adequate knowledge

Work Details

It was nice overall but it is depend on which team you are in. Analytics team is horrible. Lots of office politics. People don't help each other

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
