This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life, they don't treat their employees as human beings, they keep misbehaving and shouting and keep saying about the level and salary I get they ask me to justify my salary with the number of business I have done in 4 months. The Worst company I have ever worked for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.
