The attandance app. We are sales team and we travel to any place but we can't punch our attandance by any other place. So I think this is worng step. Make it easier and upgrade the app put the feature that we can mark our attandance by any other place.

I joined first culture was excellent, Sales team was very good and supporting. And company culture was very good that time.

Dislikes

Now there is no time to go home, We are working more then 11Hrs in last 10 to 15 days. Work life balance is not good now, If we are going late HR say come early before 10am it is hard to maintain.
