The company pays you well and gives adequate leaves and other allowances but all of it only when your manager agrees to it. Dislikes

Compensation and other allowances are decent but growth is really slow. The Work culture is not so friendly, no boundaries between your professional-personal life and you can always be asked to work on holidays (national holidays too).

Major part of my work involves training the sales team on new/existing products and policies, along with creating and analyzing training coverage data. Towards month end, the work load gets higher and I am involved in back end issuance work as
