The Worst company I have ever worked for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.

They don't care about any culture, festivals or tradition, managers wants only business anyhow. In this Financial industry, ICICI Pru life has best in class of work culture and the most important thing is growing with Learning , the same is not given by most company. Hr supports employee in terms of all .and we get knowledge directly from Top management like CDO, so this clearly helps everyone to understand and get align with company objective.So growth with learning is indeed great
