It is to good work with India top 10 general insurance company time to time salary work life balance is good Saturday and Sunday off 5Days week work good product of company for customer

Dislikes

Senior never support junior staff not proper training of field only training a theorical to much pressure and harassment of new joined manager not proper training give of company IT system no stable job old employee take position and to much politics

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
