Nothing to dislike only internal politics sometimes worst. It’s cause of some toxic people in the company who don’t want to work and don’t want from anyone to work. If u work hard, they will always try to drag you so that u should not do the work.

Here in Jindal lot of things for learning. Your colleagues very helpful & supportive in every aspects.

There is hectic work schedule maintain by senior persons those who work here from long time and once you started doing work everyone passes there work to one individual. Lot of politics in between department and command given to that type of people who doesn't even knowledge about process.

Too much politics, Requirements are not clear, too much reworks. If you are staying in bachelors' quarters need to work whenever they call(24*7). During lockdown it was hell you are not allowed to step out of the campus.

Not safe for female employee, nobody bother about female safety in company even not management. If you report any man misbehaviour, company is throw you our and giving you unwanted transfer, degrade your position, take your email id, , not giving you work unless you leave the company. Terrible atmosphere in Jindal Aluminium Ltd. I am current working here.

My sincerly advise to all not to go for interview and join this company. Each emplyee has a fear in their mind whether the job will continue till end of the day. Every day coming time to office, there is fear about job security. Management is not mature. In evey 4~5 months, there is lay off. Management has a strong policy of hire & fire. They are least bothered about the person situation who joined Jindal from a stable & secure job. Management thinking is that they hired bonded labour by providing food and accomodation, in fact these facilities are window dressing about their company. Management & old emplyee's do not like new employees. Some time people talk that management has a policy for hire new employee just to test their knowledge/skill and take various ideas for improvement in their company and educate their old employee's and after 3~4 months fire the new emplyee.
