People, leadership, sick leaves not approved - causing loss of pay, unorganised, manual data entry, ancient systems, frequent pointless meetings and have no clear agenda that stretch beyond 1 hr (max. 5 hrs), no work from home almost always required to work from anywhere on sick leave, have strict login and logout times,

ICICI Bank culture and their all banking software, retail and corporate banking applications and many more Their agenda fair to bank fair to customer

Dislikes

There is not anything to dislike there but which type of culture and facilities provides there is a little bit employes thinks that we have rights on that rules ... Nothing to say more about them but oral nice banking experience

The best thing about the organisation is it's work Life balance, there fare to bank fare to customer approach. In ICICI seniors are not allowed to pressure employee. Easy to crack business

Dislikes

The most dislike thing was they have college based promotion system, means if someone is graduated from best institute, he/she will get promoted even if their performance is below average.

Likes

You get good exposure travelling from one state to another. You meet new people.

Dislikes

The work life balance is not that great. It is acutely disappointing.

Stay jobless, but don't work in this company, as they'll ask to carry your laptop while getting admitted in the hospital, they won't care about your well being, they only care about sales.

They don't care about your work-life balance, they don't care about your personal problems, they don't care whether you're mentally stable or not. They won't care about you or your efforts and your family doesn't exist for them. All they care about is sales

1) long working hours- daily 10.5 hours 2) No transportation for female employees after sitting late. No reimbursement either 3) Transportation options to the office at interface malad are very limited.Very difficult to get a rickshaw from malad station at peak hours as well as getting a rickshaw from the interface office in the evening is next to impossible 4) No work from home facility. Friendly culture in product management role. Work pressure is minimal and get lot of freedom due to backups present. Timing hours rarely extends. Overall superb for work life balance.

Promotions cycle is slow.

No Likes, pathetic work culture. HR will not listen to you in any case. They will work only according to people who are with them from more than 5 years.

They have malpractices. Will tell you sale your product any how even by lying about the product. Even in some hubs they torture female employees. As I was in credit department.

Mismanagement, high resignation due to over load of work, less workforce then required, login time is strictly followed but log out time is not there. Management compel employees to work for 12 hours, no professional behaviour on the floor it's does not seems like office but a school
