There is no work-life balance; leaving time is not fixed and depends on the manager. Some leave at 6 pm while others have to work until 9 pm due to favoritism and bias. HR tends to favor the manager. No proper training, atleast they should give proper training of 7-10days. They say- be on the counter, and you will know how to handle customers, (even if you have no experience before still) They treat you poorly, shifting you from one branch to another at their whim, without considering your preferences. They disregard positive customer feedback about you. They show no concern for your health.
