Worked as a relationship manager with Business Loans Team. Overall experience was good except for the last 3 to 4 months. This is a good organisation to work in terms of learning.

Growth has become stagnant, employees are given promotion with relatively less increment. Pay compensation is also less for majority of the employees when you compare it with others organisations. Internal policies to watch out for specially during the recent times.
