Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. I searched through different platforms but I am unable to get exactly what is the range of this at ICICI, I have over 2 years of experience and my current CTC is 12LPA, It would be helpful for me to know what can be the expected range that I can have for this role at ICICI

Office nd amenities are good... Salary on time.

Dislikes

No work life balance... Less salary . 10am to 11:30 we should be on work . No holidays no festival's nothing. After joining in ICICI I Don't even have time to talk with parents.lots of pressure. Please don't join in CONSUMER FINANCE DEPARTMENT.

The work culture, the hikes, the leaves, managers are very cooperative , the process Is very much designed In a structured ways leading to nil errors ,it is a pleasure working there

Dislikes

While everything at ICICI is worth working for, it would be better if the company also provides overtime salary as well, since banking demands working extra hours.

From the time of joining the HR team was not at all helpful. My joining date was changed thrice and my flight ticket twice. Luckyly, my manager was a very good person to work under and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Job security was there. Covid workload pays off. I got a intermidiate hike of 5%. So in terms of salary,work there was no complain. Workload was huge. As I am from technical dept, we have to work late. In my short tenure, I worked thrice extreme late. Till 1am,2:30am,5am next day. Login time was 9:15am. But those were issues/outrage....Read More
