Team leaders need to improve their skills so that work and job pressure will be in control because may be new to the organization can't learn everything easily so leader need to support them and encourage them with their support

Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. Am I being paid fairly? If not, how much should I ask for? Please help a rookie out. Thanks in advance
