#The company is good, and an appraisal cycle or incentive is fair. #People and teammates are friendly and cooperative. #Good platform for learning especially if you are in your initial stage of getting work-ex. #HR and other cross-functioning teams are easily reachable.

Dislikes

#Low salary #Lack of software/tools for finance ops activities #Taking leave/off is a difficult task even during Indian festivals as well as US-based festivals.

I had a lot of respect and love for ICG Medical and it's Values but recent incidents in the company and drastic management changes have proven to be a disaster.

Dislikes

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend joining ICGMedical Now but A Year Ago I would have Highly recommended to work here. Since the new COO has taken command the company has lost it’s values, vision and reputation. A handful of people and new COO’s employees are flourishing and succeeding and they own the decision making power.
