Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend joining ICGMedical Now but A Year Ago I would have Highly recommended to work here. Since the new COO has taken command the company has lost it’s values, vision and reputation. A handful of people and new COO’s employees are flourishing and succeeding and they own the decision making power. Simran is just stupid she will act as sweet as honey but she is the devil. She can do anything to save her position. She won't let other person win. Unjustified employee termination- they have disturbing trend of terminating employees without providing any valid reasons. They will tell you that you have not cleared the assessment even when you have the next day they won't align the cab but they wont inform you. They will force you to sign the resignation letter.
