People and culture is very positive in my team. Work and skill development is given good focus.

Dislikes

Management can be better at working from office policy. HR doesn't understand family depencies and suggests unrelated solutions. This leads to stress and balancing work and life properly.

It's product based. If you joined in core platform then for development it's good. If you join as support then don't expect technical work.

Dislikes

We should have all access for lower environment means we just look into code and fix if u r in support project.

Future opportunities in other companies are less for employees with <=5 YOE if they wish to switch from Icertis as the experience sticks to CLM domain which is not wide as SAP and other major products. Majority of employees switch to partner companies and do same work.

Starting from start 1. interview process is slow 2. New teams/dept formed so leadership was clueless on what they want from employees 3. Middle management is heavily misdirected and not in sync with top management 4. extremely average crowd and culture intellectually and socially. no intellectually stimulating conversations whatsoever. thereby poor mediocre culture in middle and lower scale 5. expectations too high without a program scope. they need results immediately while they neither know the problem statement completely nor the path to solution 6. Personally for my manager , not good at receiving feedbacks, my way or highway attitude 7. was given a hard time while I had to take leaves due to medical reasons... One of the wrest company. Company focus only company growth not about employs. HR behave like a rowdy, while Layoffs they will ask like do resign otherwise i will terminate you. There is no FORTE values in the company... many of the employees planning to leave.
