Everything is a minus. Manager and HR are good friends so you cant be transparent with the HR. Even though you speak to the HR about partiality, no use. A desk job and nothing to learn new. Full politics and manager Singh Bedi is very partial towards only some people in the team. Higher officials knew about the manager but waste. Ialmost lost many years here waiting for a promotion. Company culture is good at least our manager is uk/us people, so that's good and helping usa a lot in work

Salary is not as expected at my position in my team where am getting lowest one in my team, my managers spoke to me that they will be taking care about that but. First manager in the current team told me for sure and manager changed they also told me the same, now again manager changed and not caring about it.

The Top Management is very controlling from the US. No flexibility is there to exercise your management skills. Top notch politics, extremely useless HR with corrupt practices and low standards of any dispute redressal. It's only money you can look at else you will feel like a slave stuck with unethical organization expecting you to be super ethical.
