So much politics. Old employees don't wanna work and even they don't support. Old people running the plant and do not welcome new people and have made a terror environment in plant. The promotional criteria and procedure is not well as it should be. As a trainee you can't expect to getting on role here. either you are being a good and well productive employee while working or not.
