Not enough recognition methods. Could improve that aspect. Though everything is arranged according to a process, there still is a lot of hierarchical situations inside. Even working for 5 years with IBM, people are not recognised or given some band hike. That is the least thing an employee expects. However, recognition is not done accordingly which boosts employee's loyalty and their dedication. Give a pat for those who contribute. Please don't discriminate. An amazing company demands amazing employees !! I will always be IBMer at heart and probably if I ever get a chance to work with IBM, I will be more than happy. Amazing experience. I can't say how delighted I was working with IBM. All the time I spent over there is amazing. Life turning phase. I had learnt many things that had made me what I am today. I am and will always be greatful to all that helped me.
