I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.

Amazing flexibility like no other. But completely depends on the team you are in and the manager that you have. A great place to work in again subject to a good manager.

Dislikes

Slow growth curve. Take a minimum of 3 years now to get a band change. Appraisals are also very low compared to market standard.
