I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.

The company is open invitation New ideas, technologies in process improvement. Women employment safety is very good, different people from different locality will work together supportively I like this & I also like employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but hike appraisal s are slow, growth is slow, coming to work pressure it depends on projects. Sometimes need to work on weekends.

I worked in accounts payable... Indexing, invoice processing, communication with on shore through emails, resolving issues regarding invoices, auditing.
