I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.

Senior are very helpful. Some managers are also good and helping.

Dislikes

For some project are having short of resources hence you wont get leaves when required and even compassionate/sick leave.
