Training and development is honestly one of the best.

Salary is way below market.

At times very hectic. I was working from 4am to 6pm and getting peanuts.

I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.
